We currently ship to addresses in the **United States** only.
## 2. Order Processing and Production
Every GripHaus cover is printed and produced after you place your order. Our products are produced and printed by our manufacturing partner's facility in **China**.
Please allow **7–21 business days** for order processing and production before your order ships.
## 3. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Orders are fulfilled through our print partner network on **Printify** and shipped by the carrier selected by our fulfillment partner. **[NEEDS INPUT: list carrier names if you want them shown.]**
After your order ships, estimated delivery time is **7–15 days**.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday periods may affect delivery.

## 5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
## 6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because we ship only within the United States, GripHaus covers any customs duties or import fees related to bringing our products into the US. You will not be charged customs duties on delivery.
## 7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost, you must contact us at support@Griphausshop.com **within 7 days**. **[NEEDS INPUT: 7 days from when (the delivery date shown in tracking, or the end of the estimated delivery window)? ## 8. Damaged in Transit

# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website **griphausshop.com** (the "Site") and your purchase of products from GripHaus. The Site is operated by **NGUYEN THI NHAT TRAM HEALTH AND LIFE**, doing business as **GripHaus** ("GripHaus," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
## 2. Eligibility

We try to display our products, designs, and colors as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.

If you have a heated steering wheel, the heat may feel milder with a cover installed. Our covers are designed for round steering wheels and are not compatible with yoke-style steering wheels.]**
## 5. Prices and Payment

## 6. Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. If we cancel such an order, we will refund any amount you paid.
## 7. Order Cancellation and Changes
- You may cancel your order within **24 hours** of placing it. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Please review your order carefully before checkout. **Orders cannot be changed once placed.**
## 8. Promotions
- New subscribers to our email list may receive **10% off their first order**.
- Customers who tag @griphaus with #GripYourStyle may be selected to be featured and may receive a **$10 store credit**.

All designs on GripHaus products are **original designs created by GripHaus**. The designs, product images, logos, text, and other content on the Site belong to GripHaus and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
## 11. Personalized Orders
If you submit your own design for a personalized product, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that design, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse any design that we believe infringes third-party rights or is unlawful or offensive.
## 12. Privacy
